Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, little thatched cottages cooled by natural air flow, were cozy and tastefully done. However, the initial impression was slightly marred by finding the door left open with a few unwelcome mosquitoes. The hotel had lovely amenities.
Wow! The hotel is simply amazing! The rooms are like small cottages, superbly comfortable, and beyond my expectations. The service is top-notch, engaging us at every turn, especially with the incredibly friendly staff like Sarath, the fantastic naturalist. The location is smack right in the heart of the town, making it ultra-convenient to explore. The dining experience is great with a wide selection of tasty food. Everything is such a wonderful surprise!

The service was incredibly friendly, especially with naturalist Sarath, and remained accommodating despite upcoming layoffs. The location is excellent, near the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The location is superb, conveniently close to Periyar National Park and offering a variety of activities to explore the rich nature and wildlife. The dining experience was delightful, with mouthwatering food served by the very courteous Fahad. The facilities were well-kept and offered a good selection of amenities. However, the dining options could be more diverse, and the rooms felt a bit damp.
